The single-storey sales and service building B1 and B2 is conceived for the future purpose: B1 as a shop and B2 as a café, refreshment operation, showroom. Alternatively, the two parts can be combined into a single unit.
Building structures
The projected construction of the sales and service building is designed of reinforced concrete prefabricated skeleton / steel structure, the outer shell will be formed by sheet-insulation panels based on mineral wool with thickness of about 180 mm; internal non-load-bearing partitions will be plasterboard with embedded mineral insulation.
