The C1 to C18 sales and service building is designed for a future use as a convenience store with a large warehouse or small manufacturing or small business operation. Alternatively, the individual parts can be combined into a larger operation.

There will be a two-storey building in the premises – in each part with a staircase and an administrative and social part.

Heating

  • Shop / warehouse / production - space heating will be provided by HVAC units, with the possibility of cooling.
  • The built-in structure – background - will be heated by a floor heating system.

Cooling of offices

  • in the summer period, it will be provided by a central air-conditioning system with direct cooling.

Ventilation

  • Ventilation of the shop / warehouse - ventilation will be provided by an air-conditioning recovery unit.
  • Built-in structure ventilation - rooms without natural ventilation and meeting rooms will be ventilated by local heat recovery units. Offices with windows will be naturally ventilated. The air extraction from the sanitary facilities will be provided by fans located directly in the ventilated area.

Source of heat and cold

  • An air-to-water heat pump is designed as the heat and cooling source.
