D - Production and storage hall
Production, storage and sales building D1 to D2 Warehouse/production areas
The D1 and D2 production, storage and sales building is designed for future use as a production area, a large warehouse or small business operation or a wholesale store. Alternatively, the individual parts D1 and D2 can be combined into a larger operation. There will be two three-storey buildings in the premises – in each part with a staircase and an administrative and social part. A photovoltaic power plant will be located on the roof of the building.
Building structures
The projected construction of the D1 and D2 production, storage and sales building is designed of reinforced concrete prefabricated skeleton / steel structure, the outer shell will be formed by sheet-insulation panels based on mineral wool with thickness of about 180 mm; internal non-load-bearing partitions will be plasterboard with embedded mineral insulation.

Warehouse/production areas
Area D1:
- warehouse / production = 2 400 m2
- administrative = 418 m2 (1. NP = 140 m2 + 2. NP = 133 m2 + 3. NP = 145 m2)
Area D2:
- warehouse / production = 2 400 m2

Heating
- Warehouse / production premises - space heating will be provided by HVAC units, with the possibility of cooling.
- The built-in structure – background - will be heated by a floor heating system.
Cooling of offices and meeting rooms
- In the summer period, it will be provided by a central air-conditioning system with direct cooling.
Ventilation
- Warehouse / production hall - ventilation will be provided by HVAC units and fans.
- Ventilation of cloakrooms and meeting rooms - cloakrooms and meeting rooms without natural ventilation will be ventilated by small local heat recovery units. The air extraction from the sanitary facilities will be provided by fans located directly in the ventilated area.
Source of heat and cold
- An air-to-water heat pump is designed as the heat and cooling source.
